Il 47\u00b0 Convegno Internazionale dei Docenti delle Discipline della Rappresentazione intende proporre alla comunit\u00e0 scientifica una riflessione sul Disegno <\/span>Furioso<\/span><\/i>.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 tante cose.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 l\u2019Orlando di Ariosto che rimane una delle pi\u00f9 incredibili magie della letteratura e che \u00e8 il libro di Ferrara e di un\u2019idea straordinaria di Rinascimento.<\/span>
<\/span>Furiosa <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 la rappresentazione contaminante e ibridante che si propaga e che \u00e8 infinita. <\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 il tempo che non ha pi\u00f9 linearit\u00e0 ma contemporaneit\u00e0 come nel poema ariostesco. <\/span>Furiosa <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 l\u2019energia descrittiva e rappresentativa che guida ogni azione.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 il tradimento della tradizione, che ogni innovazione, tentando una traduzione, incessantemente sviluppa.<\/span>
<\/span>Furiosa <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 l\u2019arte di perdere (senno, memoria, norme, regole\u2026) e il suo recupero con la rappresentazione.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 inclusivo, perch\u00e9 i generi trovano equilibrio e l\u2019estraneo e lo straniero (o il nemico) si accordano.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 l\u2019affetto, l\u2019amore per ci\u00f2 di cui non possiamo fare a meno e per il quale vale la pena lottare.<\/span>
<\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 la divinit\u00e0 della contraddizione e dell\u2019unit\u00e0 dei contrari, della sana follia e della duplicit\u00e0.<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>Il <\/span>Disegno Furioso <\/span><\/i>\u00e8 un sogno concreto, una magia incessante, un confronto con se stessi e con i <\/span>saperi degli altri<\/span><\/i>. In fondo senza il <\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>non possiamo rilevare, misurare, disegnare, scrivere, documentare, condividere e comprendere. Perch\u00e9 \u00e8 il <\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>che ci cambia e ci permette di respirare con i nostri polmoni nell\u2019immersivit\u00e0.<\/span>
<\/span>Dal <\/span>Oratio de hominis dignitae <\/span><\/i>di Pico della Mirandola al <\/span>De nobilitate <\/span><\/i>di Poggio Bracciolini, dall\u2019<\/span>Elogio <\/span><\/i>di Erasmo da Rotterdam alle <\/span>Intercenales <\/span><\/i>di Leon Battista Alberti, dai <\/span>Paradossi <\/span><\/i>di Ortensio Lando al <\/span>Candelaio<\/span><\/i>, alle <\/span>Cena delle Ceneri <\/span><\/i>e al <\/span>Pegaso <\/span><\/i>di Giordano Bruno, il <\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>attraversa il Rinascimento, con il suo carico dialettico e contraddittorio che definisce una componente essenziale dell\u2019esistenza umana: un <\/span>proteiforme <\/span><\/i>ed <\/span>eroico furore <\/span><\/i>che \u00e8 intenso respiro profondo alla conoscenza.<\/span>
<\/span>Senza fraintendimenti, il <\/span>Furioso <\/span><\/i>non \u00e8 l\u2019anima violenta ma quella parte straordinaria della nostra ricerca, che in quanto rappresentativi, sappiamo riconoscere come continuit\u00e0 trasformante. Che possa essere l\u2019infinita struttura inclusiva di Ludovico Ariosto o lo scorrere generazionalmente adattivo di Virginia Woolf, che si condensi nei labirinti di Jorge Luis Borges o che precipiti nella distopia di George Miller, la forza del disegno non ha rivali: la rappresentazione coniuga e traduce, interseca e costruisce.<\/span><\/p>

FOCUS<\/b>
<\/b>I focus di seguito indicati intendono ospitare contributi in grado di esprimere ricerche che sappiano cogliere le sfide che la disciplina del Disegno sta affrontando nella contemporaneit\u00e0, declinando la rappresentazione come spazio di trasformazione e innovazione, anche attraverso ricerche interdisciplinari, contaminazioni culturali e percorsi inediti, o trovando nuove declinazioni di ricerche in corso o gi\u00e0 concluse.<\/span>
<\/span>Le tematiche, all\u2019interno del tema principale del <\/span>Disegno Furioso<\/span><\/i>, usando il poema di Ariosto, saranno quindi:<\/span><\/p>

Visibile e invisibile <\/b>(il castello di Atlante)<\/span>
<\/span>Il focus si concentra su ricerche inerenti la rappresentazione di realt\u00e0 immaginarie o inesistenti, materiali e immateriali (disegno per il progetto e formazione dell\u2019idea progettuale) attraverso l\u2019utilizzo di tecniche tradizionali o innovative, che sappiano cogliere il tema dell\u2019<\/span>illusione <\/span><\/i>rintracciabile nel castello di Atlante.<\/span><\/p>

Il recupero della memoria <\/b>(il viaggio sulla Luna)<\/span>
<\/span>Rilievo e documentazione come processo di conoscenza, conservazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e architettonico, tangibile e intangibile, trovano spazio all\u2019interno di questa tematica, attraverso modelli geometrico-descrittivi a diverse scale e attraverso il disegno come strumento di analisi, trasmissione e fruizione dei valori esistenti, alla ricerca della memoria e del <\/span>senno <\/span><\/i>come Astolfo sulla Luna, dove stanno dimensioni e immagini perdute.<\/span><\/p>

Contaminazioni e ibridazioni <\/b>(l\u2019ippogrifo e l\u2019isola di Alcina)<\/span>
<\/span>Il Focus intende raccogliere ricerche di frontiera (innovative, originali e sperimentali) e nuovi spazi di indagine che approfondiscano domini grafico-visuali e linguaggi ibridati (tradizionali \/ digitali, multimediali o generativi), integrando approcci e strumenti diversi per l\u2019analisi o la trasformazione della realt\u00e0 o per la realizzazione di prefigurazioni immaginate, seducenti (a volte) come gli incanti di Alcina e l\u2019ippogrifo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The 47th International Conference of Representation Disciplines Teachers, Congress of Unione Italiana per il Disegno, aims to offer the scientific community a reflection on Furious<\/em> Drawing.<\/span>
<\/span><\/i>Furious <\/span><\/i>is many things.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is Ariosto\u2019s Orlando, which remains one of the most incredible works of magic in literature and is the book of Ferrara and an extraordinary idea of the Renaissance.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is the contaminating and hybridising representation that spreads and is infinite. <\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is time that no longer has linearity but contemporaneity, as in Ariosto\u2019s poem. <\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is the descriptive and representative energy that drives every action.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is the betrayal of tradition, which every innovation, attempting a translation, incessantly develops.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is the art of losing (sense, memory, norms, rules\u2026) and its recovery through representation.
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is inclusive, because genres find balance and the stranger and the foreigner (or the enemy) come to an agreement.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is affection, love for what we cannot do without and what is worth fighting for.<\/span>
<\/span>Furious <\/span><\/i>is the divinity of contradiction and the unity of opposites, of healthy madness and duplicity.
<\/span>
Furious <\/i><\/span>Drawing is a concrete dream, incessant magic, a confrontation with oneself and with the knowledge of others. After all, without the <\/span>Furious <\/i>we cannot survey, measure, draw, write, document, share and understand. Because it is <\/span>Furious <\/i>that changes us and allows us to breathe with our lungs in immersiveness.
<\/span>From Pico della Mirandola\u2019s <\/span>Oratio de hominis dignitae <\/i>to Poggio Bracciolini\u2019s <\/span>De nobilitate<\/i>, from Erasmus of Rotterdam\u2019s <\/span>Elogio <\/i>to Leon Battista Alberti\u2019s <\/span>Intercenales<\/i>, from Ortensio Lando\u2019s <\/span>Paradossi <\/i>to Giordano Bruno\u2019s <\/span>Candelaio<\/i>, <\/span>Cena delle Ceneri <\/i>and <\/span>Pegaso<\/i>, the <\/span>Furious <\/i>crosses the Renaissance, with its dialectical and contradictory charge that defines an essential component of human existence: a <\/span>protean <\/i>and <\/span>heroic fury <\/i>that is an intense, deep breath of knowledge.
<\/span>Without misunderstanding, the <\/span>Furious <\/i>is not the violent soul but that extraordinary part of our search, which, as representatives, we know how to recognise as transformative continuity. Whether it be Ludovico Ariosto\u2019s infinite inclusive structure or Virginia Woolf\u2019s generational adaptive flow, whether it condenses in Jorge Luis Borges\u2019 labyrinths or falls into George Miller\u2019s dystopia, the power of drawing is unrivalled: representation combines and translates, intersects and constructs.<\/span><\/p>


FOCUS<\/strong>
<\/span>The following focus areas are intended to host contributions that express research capable of addressing the challenges that the discipline of Drawing is facing in the contemporary world, interpreting representation as a space for transformation and innovation, including through interdisciplinary research, cultural cross-fertilisation and new approaches, or by finding new applications for ongoing or completed research. <\/span>The topics, within the main framework of <\/span>Furious <\/i>Drawing, using Ariosto\u2019s poem, will therefore be:<\/span><\/p>

Visible and invisible<\/strong> (the castle of Atlante)<\/span>
<\/span>The focus is on research relating to the representation of imaginary or non-existent realities, material and immaterial (drawing for the project and development of the design idea) through the use of traditional or innovative techniques that capture the topic of illusion found in Atlante\u2019 castle.<\/span><\/p>

The recovery of memory<\/strong> (the journey to the Moon)<\/span>
<\/span>Surveying and documentation as a process of knowledge, conservation and enhancement of cultural and architectural heritage, both tangible and intangible, find space within this topic, through geometric-descriptive models on different scales and through drawing as a tool for analysis, transmission and enjoyment of existing values, in search of memory and <\/span>wisdom <\/span><\/i>like Astolfo on the Moon, where lost dimensions and images reside.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Contaminations and hybridisations<\/strong> (the hippogriff and Alcina\u2019s island)<\/span>
<\/span>The Focus aims to bring together cutting-edge research (innovative, original and experimental) and new areas of investigation that explore graphic-visual domains and hybridised languages (traditional\/digital, multimedia or generative), integrating different approaches and tools for the analysis or transformation of reality or for the creation of imagined prefiguration, seductive (sometimes) like Alcina\u2019s enchantments and the hippogriff.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3) Un file di testo in lingua inglese<\/b>, in formato .doc o .docx; l\u2019autore dovr\u00e0 nominare il file secondo la seguente sintassi: cognome_nome_text_eng.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

4)<\/span> Un file di testo in lingua inglese con le didascalie delle figure<\/b>, in formato .doc o .docx; l\u2019autore dovr\u00e0 nominare il file secondo la seguente sintassi: cognome_nome_captions_eng. Gli autori possono optare per l\u2019invio dei soli file in inglese, qualora questa sia la lingua madre o la lingua prescelta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

5)<\/span> Un file di testo con i <\/b>Riferimenti bibliografici\/References<\/i><\/b>, in formato .doc o .docx secondo lo stile indicato nelle <\/span>Istruzioni per gli autori e norme per la redazione dei testi<\/span><\/i>; l\u2019autore dovr\u00e0 nominare il file secondo la seguente sintassi: cognome_nome_biblio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

6) <\/span>Un file in formato .jpg per ciascuna immagine <\/b>(al massimo 12 immagini + una immagine di copertina 13,7 x 5,6 cm, 300 dpi); ciascun file dovr\u00e0 contenere un\u2019unica immagine e dovr\u00e0 essere nominato secondo la seguente sintassi (numerando progressivamente le immagini): cognome_nome_fig00 (immagine di copertina), cognome_nome_fig01, cognome_nome_fig02 ecc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

7) <\/span>Un file in formato .indd,<\/b> esportato come pacchetto, come da template scaricabile dal pulsante grigio in basso, completo anche di riferimenti bibliografici; il testo da inserire nell\u2019impaginato sar\u00e0 nella lingua prescelta ovvero solo in inglese oppure in lingua italiana e in inglese.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

8) <\/span>Una immagine-manifesto<\/b> contenente un’unica elaborazione grafica o disegno o fotografia,\u00a0 in formato .jpg (300 dpi) di dimensione massime pari a 15Mb; il file dovr\u00e0 essere nominato secondo la seguente sintassi: cognome_nome_manifesto, e dovr\u00e0 essere redatto secondo il template scaricabile dal pulsante grigio in basso. Second phase_Sending of final contributions<\/b><\/p>

Required:<\/span><\/p>

1) <\/span>A text file in Italian<\/b>, in .doc or .docx format, with title, abstract, keywords, contribution and notes; the author must name the file according to the following syntax: surname_name_text; in the case of multiple authors, name the file with the surname of the first author.<\/span><\/p>

2) <\/span>A text file with the figure captions in Italian<\/b>, in .doc or .docx format;\u00a0<\/span>the author will have to rename the file according to the following syntax: lastname_firstname_captions.
<\/span><\/p>

3)<\/span> A text file in English<\/b>, in .doc or .docx format; the author must name the file according to the following syntax: surname_name_text_eng.<\/span><\/p>

4) <\/span>An English text file with figure captions<\/b>, in .doc or .docx format; the author must name the file according to the following syntax: lastname_firstname_captions_eng. As mentioned, authors can choose to submit files only in English, if that is their native language or preferred language.<\/span><\/p>

5) <\/span>A text file with the <\/b>Bibliographic references\/References<\/i><\/b>, in .doc or .docx format according to the style indicated in the<\/span>Instructions for authors and rules for writing texts<\/span><\/i> ; the author must name the file according to the following syntax: surname_name_biblio.<\/span><\/p>

6) <\/span>A .jpg file for each image <\/b>(maximum 12 images + one cover image 13.7 x 5.6 cm, 300 dpi); each file must contain a single image and must be named according to the following syntax (numbering the images consecutively): surname_name_fig00 (cover image), surname_name_fig01, surname_name_fig02, etc.<\/span><\/p>

7) <\/span>A file in .indd format, <\/b>exported as “package”, also complete with bibliographical references, following the donwloadable by icon below; the text to be inserted into the layout will be in english.<\/span><\/p>

8) <\/span>A manifesto-image <\/b>consisting of a single graphic elaboration, drawing, or photograph, in .jpg format (300 dpi) with a maximum file size of 15 MB; the file must be named according to the following syntax: surname_name_manifesto, and must be prepared using the template downloadable from the grey button below.
